We keep having lights flicker and go off and on throughout the house...I need to have an electrician come out to do an analysis.

I have some outlets on one side of my house that have suddenly stopped working. The house was built in 84, and I think it is a bad breaker or breakers. I'd also like an estimate for wiring two small bedrooms so that i could install ceiling fans. Currently there is no overhead light or wiring to do so. Thank you.
